GMS - TheAranHero's Fight with Baroq (Part 1)

I reached level 63 and another quest popped up.

This time, I had to travel to the past to complete it. So I did, and I went to Ellin Forest. This quest was particularly fun to do, as I was able to talk to the people of Ellin Forest unlike other jobs, and there finally was a quest to complete there.

I then went to the Library, and found Gentleman, a member of the Black Wings, there. He had taken the Seal Stone once again. I couldn't do anything to stop him as he was too fast, so.. I went back to Athena Pierce and told her what happened. Afterwards he wanted to give me a letter, but I couldn't get it because I was in the past. So I had to meet her in the current time period to get the letter. But, when I went to her house, something unexpected happened.

The Master of Disguise Baroq, another member of the Black Wings, was there, and it also looks like he had a fight with Athena Pierce (which he won) to get the letter. Though, I was able to defeat him and retrieve the letter back.

I'm a little disappointed because I forgot to click Athena Pierce while she was lying on the floor like that, before clicking Baroq. I should've done it, to see what she'd have said. But oh well. Next time I'll pay more attention to that. IF there'll be a next time.

Is this GMS? I noticed that the Vergamot doesnt show up in GMS(When the Gentleman takes the Seal Stone), but does in MSEA. I guess cause its not supposed to exist in GMS yet.

In fact, the Vergamot boss appearing in MapleSEA was a bug! It was so obvious there shouldn't even be the need to say it. Not only was it even bigger than the map's size and it went offscreen, but it also made TOTALLY NO SENSE for a boss like Vergamot, which is supposed to be from the FUTURE to appear in a place such a LIBRARY in the PAST!

The "monster" which was supposed to appear was Gentleman, which is a member of Black Wings cooperating with them by taking away the Seal Stones of many towns of Victoria Island and Orbis. What those Seal Stones are for, we yet don't know, but they surely are something which is going to help them with the Black Mage's revival.

That got me a bit when I noticed Athena in the start of the Aran's tutorial beginning. Well glad to know one job instructor's past. The others still get me though like Lohd, and Crawls with Balrog.Anyways good vid lol

The others aren't fairies like Athena so they probably have died. We can guess that Dances with Balrog is the son of Crawls with Balrog, who died after many years.

Lol I was thinking maybe the Vergamot is like a robot for the Black Wings and they destroy Tokyo or something O_o.

But yes it does make no sense for a future robot to appear in the past.

OMG I JUST REALIZED THE WHOLE PUPOSE OF ELLIN FOREST!!!! back in the day you coudnt talk to any of the ncp's there....BUT! if the aran goes to the warrior representative, that means the evan might go to magician representative... and so forth with the new jobs! this rox!
