Uniglobe Kilimanjaro Expedition for Plan International 2010

Uniglobe Kilimanjaro Tanzania Expedition - organised by Packyourbags Travel Store. This is a fund raising assault on Africa's highest mountain. The charity we aim to raise £35k for is 'Because I am a Girl', http://www.plan-uk.org/becauseiamagirl/ a campaign that aims to transform the lives of the world's poorest girls by providing schools and education. Some girls are afraid to go to school because they face violence on the way or once they are there, others simply can't afford to go, there might not even be a school for them to go to or sometimes parents don't think girls should be educated.
We hope that this expedition will go some way to helping build accommodation specifically for secondary school girls in Mwanza, Tanzania. http://shop.packyourbags.com
