You probably mean one of those fan-made Touhou anime episodes some folks in japan made.

This RPG, like those fanmade anime episodes, are based on a series of vertical shooters and a variety of other games, made mostly by one man in Japan, ZUN.

Just do a google search for Touhou Project and the wikipedia article should be the first result.

@Stratorify As far as I know you cant english patch a game made with RPG Maker, its encrypted.

@IhateBrawler360 Well, if you count all 19 (so far) Higurashi games, + all three 11Eyes games, then it's not really 2

Also, I've ment those are my favourite ones, ones I love playing through over and over, I have playe alot of "good" ones, but they'rer not ones that I want to re-play, unless you count the Shakugan No Shana games, The Vampire Knight game, Haruhi games etc, But I'm talking about games that AREN'T from an anime. Also, why did you reply if you didn't have an answer to my question?

@Cyril86 Is there a english patch of this game? If not, is there actually someone working on it? seriously, it looks awesome but i dont think i can play an RPG in japanese.

ZUN did help make the first anime episode. His name is literally in the first 30 seconds of the show. He never finished it and it's been confirmed that he's not. Look up touhou anime project episode one.
