One of the things I love about Joss is that she doesn't seem to try to upstage people, and I think she certainly could if she wanted to. I saw a video of her just singing background to some local chick in a pub somewhere in England and she seemed to be having a ball. Check out the version of this song she did with Johnny Lang in 2005 for Herbie Hancock's "Possibilities"
