Yea that is how it is everywhere if you want to work local or with a good company, but you can work with Swift, Schneider and pretty much any start up company as long as they have room. I heard Schneider is on a hiring freeze and Swift is 3 months behind. I hope you found something in the 6 mts since your comment was posted.

When I got out of trucking school, I beat the pavement, no one would hire a new driver except Schneider and Challenger. I was fortunate Schneider still had their training program where they took new drivers. Not sure if they still do, check out the SNI website.

Just Graduated out of CDL school with class A and all my endorsements but, it seems most of the companies want experience. Well, how do we get experience if no one is hiring ??? Pease Help ... :-)
