A few videos and pictures of the Arctic Blast that hit Portland, Oregon Dec 2008. This kept us Home for the Holidays for well over a week! As of Dec 25th 2008, we still couldn't get the car out of the drive way. Per a local news channel here, KATU.com, we haven't had this much snow since 1950!

Note: The twin boys singing in this are our 5 yr old son's, Andrew & Cameron. (Cameron has Autism and the bright snow bothered his eyes a bit)

Thank you for your kind comment! We really do not get this much snow on the norm. And in the summer months, we actually get more sunshine than Louisiana and NY.
BTW, even the squirrels and birds that I saw during this Arctic Blast seemed lost and so cold. So I fed them what I could over several days during this storm.
