Articulating how a work of art communicates to you personally is a really difficult task and a very different exercise to that of defining what that work of art is i.e. Alex James is completely entitled to his own opinion (which in fact is the whole reason this video was commissioned) and does a pretty good job in expressing it... some really interesting thoughts

Leave the poor guy alone, I think he's great. I see him as a deep thinker he isn't all talk like some.

He may be no expert in art work, but he does make a good point. The artist Ellsworth Kelly does seem to use canvas in a sculpture type format. I would have to agree that it is both a painting and sculputure function. He might not sound too bright but he does have some good points.
