  • how do you adjust the idle speed? mine drops and shuts off. has 400miles so far.

  • @jurajkap That happened to me when the bike wasn't warmed up. But if your bike is so new, you might be better off taking it to a dealer for proper configuration. Do you live in a cold climate?

  • Wow what happened? Did u get hurt?

  • @TheBigb1973 Yea, but thankfully it was minor, had a Bad Sprained ankle and whiplash, nothing broken or out of place. I beat the odds, most people with Motorcycle / Scooter accident end up really bad or dead. But I can't wait til It back on the road so I can Ride again.

  • something i don't get though. everywhere you look its an "09" model. where are the 2010, 2011, 2012 models? the dealer threw me a line saying trying to get rid of the 09's before he gets the new ones. WHAT NEW ONES?as far as I know there is absolutely no info on "new" ones. is your speedometer accurate? i think mine shows 5mph over. i put 80 miles on it and used 1 gallon of gas. cant beat that! thats almost 3x better then my car!

  • @TheBigb1973 Scooters don't sell as fast as cars CF Moto can't afford make new models every year. Also another thing I found out is the different Countries have different models. They have a Leader 150cc which looks really cool but its not available in the U.S., and yes I believe my speedometer is off by some MPH as well but I don't worry about it.. My bike is out of service because someone hit me. I will post a video displaying the damages, but I hope to get it fixed soon.

  • all bikes have the steering column lock. But that isn't a big deal for a thief, they usually lift up the front wheel and just use the back wheel to wheel it into a truckbed. You def. need a chain lock

  • @AddieCruzJr Found the idle adjustment screw where the throttle cable connects. reacheable with long screwdriver from underneath. after adjustment works OK for now

  • @TheBigb1973

I went to a local dealer and they said that with the economic crisis, CF MOTO over produced this model in 2009, more than doubling their output. From what I understand, there is a ginormous surplus of new 2009 bikes that they are trying to get the dealers to sell before they start churning out new-new scoots. Hell, I am going to be buying one of these this Saturday, and the price on it is clearanced down to like $1695 from the manufacturer themselves.

  • this thing is great, i just got one today i love it

  • @AddieCruzJr so you got rear ended? that's what scares me!
