@Henryduckfan63 its a spinoff to Shining Time Station created to wrap up the rest of the episodes of Season 4 of Thomas the Tank Engine

Britt Allcroft's attempt to flood PBS and the American market in general with Thomas the Tank Engine. My guess is she thought that, without Mr. Conductor, Shining Time Station, or a uniform story, no one in the US would be interested in it.

The End Credits Are Diffrent Because Instead of Showing The Shining Time Station Ending They Use The Thomas Anthem Ending.
