Charles "Chas" Freeman was selected last month by the administration of Barak Obama, the US president, for one of the country's top intelligence jobs, chairman of the National Intelligence Council.

Within hours, pro-Israel advocates launched a major offensive to make sure Freeman's appointment did not stand.

Advocates say Freeman was a natural choice: He was a former ambassador to Saudi Arabia, who has also served as an assistant secretary of defence and a senior US diplomat in China.

Excellent interview and appalling that Chas. Freeman was

not accepted by the Jewish Lobby, which does not have America's best interests at heart. That has been very costly for America in billions of American dollars as well as lives. We are tired of Israel's wars and occupations and people using America for their lust for power for a foreign country. They need to push for peace, not war.

I did find Riz's "conspircy theory" comment lacking. (shows his BBC trianing). "The Jews" do not control the media. Thats crazy :-), the FACT IS, the people who run the entertainment industry, newspapers, and other prime US Industries, just happen to be Jewish. Simple.
