  • are you happy?

  • Happy? Yes. Satisfied? No. I love my life & who I M in this moment, but M working 2change things in my life. My size isn't who I M but it does hinder me. Soo, I M finally changing it. If I weighed this much & could live my life how I want 2, then I would B fine. It is not my size that I want 2 change but my health & fitness level. As I continue 2 improve that, shedding the pounds has been a side effect. Thanks 4the question.......it made me think! Self Love, Peace & Joy! God Bless!!

  • cool.. thats really good answer, now u got me thinking.. :)

  • shes one fat sob

  • In america we have fat fuckers like this.

  • Wow. Stop making excuses for yourself. Nobody HAS to grab food at a gas station. Big companies put chemicals in the food to make us crave it more? Is that what you think? Or do you have scientific proof? It's great that you have such confidence and high self esteem for a morbidly obese person, but I'm pretty sure you'll feel better naturally if you just cut the crap and try to get fit. Society puts a stigma on obesity because IT'S NOT HEALTHY.

  • @Rogerio34567 .....u right...she needs stop talking and start walking...she would talk you to death...talks/writes a lot..achieves fuk all...wtf is she waffling on about..just lose the weight already.

  • Lets cut to the ultimate fact. STOP trying to make yourslef feel better with you psychological bullshit and get off your fat ass

  • Good video and sounds like a good book I agree with everything you said.

  • Interesting. I'll have to check it out.

With obesity, the "problem" is "obvious" so people have no problem confronting people about it. It's odd that people think things like weight or health have simple solutions, but hate when the same is suggested to them about their problems.

The epidemic isn't obesity, but cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other consequences of high-risk behavior. Weight is correlated, but not the main issue. That's what people need to understand.

  • how many books did you eat?

  • hi! i think you are a very nice inspiring person. i am usually the stereotype one: i judge a book by its cover. i would have thought you were too fat and ate burgers all day long.but you don't, you publish books, raise a family and love yourself. and i admire you. you are a wonderful person and deserve to be happy. keep going on and inspire the rest :) un bacio dall'italia!
