@vagabonjb007 Oh!! That makes sense. I have an old video of the yin shou gun being performed at high speed. This video is a good training video.

@vagabonjb007 Wow, I asked that question 2 yrs ago. Found a monk friend since then and have been learning southern Shaolin. Maybe one he'll deside to teach me. Thanks for reply.

@FeiLong2310, gun means stick, and it's pronounce "goon" like moon =) Yin shou gun means the stick of the yin hand ( yin from yin yang) normally the two hands are in both direction (yin yang) in the yin shou gun style the hands hand the stick in the same direction.

@1bigkidd no but many stick form are available for the most part of technique with a kwan dao. :)
