You actually did spell his name right.

Depends on what difficulty you're in. On normal, collect 20 scarabs and turn them in to Muramasa (can't spell his name..). On hard, turn in 25. On Very Hard/MN, break that wall at the Great Bridge Square area (the area just to the right of Muramasa's store). You can break that wall once you have the exploding shurikens from the Archives.
