I have a winmo smartphone, and the os is a mess. Granted, its running 5 mobile, but to get to my pictures I have to go through around 6 categories and subcategories. Microsoft could really clean up their operating systems, while maintaining the features that everyday people need. Apple has done it with their iPhone and iPod touch software, so you would think Microsoft would get the hint-that is what the consumers want.

Oh I totally agree! Apple nailed it with both Mac OS X and iPhone OS on the first try! Microsoft hasn't even gotten close!
