I did this drawing today with ballpoint pen - it's from a memorable scene from the intense, nasty and disturbing Rob Zombie movie "The Devil's Rejects".
Features Sid Haig as Captain Spaulding / Cutter from the movie, scaring a little kid.

@my89tube Yes it's done with a regular ballpoint pen only - last time I checked I didn't have any extraordinary ones lying around :)
