Background of the Sanskrit language and tradition: watch?v=3cQ4hIG9w7c

@priyrasta26 I don't think so, instead I think Deva Premal pronounces the mantra very precisely. I'm quite well versed with Buddha Dharma, have heard the mantra being recited by Tibetan monks and rinpoches - and Deva Premal's effort is no less. Enjoy the peace of this moment my friend, stop labelling people and things based on your own conditioning.

This mantra is composed of six syllables: OM MA NI PAD MÉ HUM. OM represents the pure and impure mind/body/speech of a realized being v/s a habituated one. OM has its roots in ancient Indian Vedic philosophy/science. MANI is the jewel of wisdom. PADME is Sanskrit for a Lotus flower - growing in worldly filth it remains unattached and unaffected by it (instead blooms into one of the most beautiful flowers!). HUM represents unity; also symbolized to complete/close the mantra. PEACE TO ALL!

@priyrasta26 unfortunately, almost no foreign person is able to pronounce any language perfectly... imo if it's understandable, it's ok
When I listen to music like this I feel the following: happy, peaceful, forgiving and calm.
