I want to be an Austrian Economist when I grow up. Too bad they won't teach me how to be one in my "formal and rigorous" PhD economics classes.

Hehe.... How long have you known about the Austrian School? I started as an Economics Major, but switched to Political Philosophy and Philosophy when i realized that there was no room for issues of methodology and approach in the way that it is taught.

How does he know what is "good methodology"? Does he have any idea as to how theories attain hegemonic status? Of course economics has a political dimension!!
