Qasim Al-Janabi, an Iraqi refugee who lives in Braintree, has just returned after working two years as a civilian contractor with the Marines and Army in Iraq. He says he is hopeful about Iraqs future and grateful for what America is doing to that end. Theyre helping Iraqis with everything, teaching them how to be good in the Army, and how to treat their own people.
