i purchased this machine but it doesn't drown out the noise of my very LOUD neighbor.  My best bet is to move.

oh man sounds ok but so not enough for noisy neighbors with pounding feet/nocarets/shoes and vibrations, loud tv etc..seems good for blocking out light noise created by neighbors

i have neighbors who allow their dogs to bark through out the night real morons. Using my air conditioner is great but costly. I hope this helps!!!!
