Meatball Sub Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

Pizza Sauce Recipe - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdGbtdg-A7U

1 foot long roll
500g beef mince
½ finely diced onion
1 tbs chopped oregano leaves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Oil
1 handful of shredded pizza cheese or 1 tbs parmesan for meatballs
1 handful of shredded pizza cheese for on top
Various other salads/toppings of your choice.

I go a different route...I use an egg or two as a binder, and some breadcrumbs (or soak bread in milk then squeeze dry). I never brown meatballs like most do. I think it tends to make them hard and dry. Make you sauce first, drop in your raw meatballs and let them simmer in the sauce. Skim any fat, and voila! Perfection!

THE MEAT MAKES THE CORE OF THIS SANDWICH I GUESS SOMETIMES SOME THINGS CANT BE EXPLAINED ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A SUB WITHOUT A CORE THEN YOU WILL JUST HAVE INGREDIENTS IT JUST WONT BE THE SAME NOT AS TASTY.
