I'm pretty sure it can't... unless u're not getting shocked hand to hand ur pretty safe! But if i were u i didn't touch it on purpose cuz it will still hurt like shit (believe me, i know :-D)

I think it can't, I have touched a ~100W flyback and it hurt a bit but nothing too bad.

your current looks pretty high. what is your current? Yellow arcs can kill, blue arcs are your friend.

I know, but yellow arcs are my friend too :) I don't know the current but should be somewhere in 50-100mA range
