  • can a flyback at 40 watts kill you if you touch it breifly/not on pourpus?lol bad english

  • I think it can't, I have touched a ~100W flyback and it hurt a bit but nothing too bad.

  • your current looks pretty high. what is your current? Yellow arcs can kill, blue arcs are your friend.
