Royal Mail Management are destroying a public service, the posties are fighting to keep a SERVICE for the customer not a business to fill 'fat cat' bosses pockets. Royal Mail management intimidate and bully staff on a daily basis-FACT. THIS STRIKE IS NOT ABOUT PAY.

Sack these guys if they don't want their jobs. Plenty of other people would love them. Again today, for the second time in one week I received a card-backed envelope marked "do not bend" which was FOLDED IN HALF. Add to that damaged books and other items received this year alone which had to be returned. These guys are complete clowns and don't deserve anything!

NO!!! cause of the stupid cut backs royal mail make! i do my best to clear the mail but like u "IF YOU WORK AT ALL!" then i do my best but im only paid till im paid and i got a family so i need to get back to them as i do have life outside of roayl mail i do what i an under the hours i work and do my best! you could not last 1 hours.

Somalians are difficult but strong and sturdy, work well under proper managers. Managers who give them shit, get what they give and no work gets done. trust me i work as a agency for royal mail and yes the work used to be easy and yes there were aload of lazey barstards there but now with the increasing demand from managment its not easy anymore, people wonder why they dont get secound post no more somtimes not even first post. its the MANAGERS they are trying to make the service look bad and sell the service off and you will regret it when you see the cost of sending letters and parcels rise. in any industry you get workers and shurkers

What is so stupid is that many of the public believe privatisation would make the Royal Mail a better service,HA HA HA HA HA HA! Take a look at what shit the public have to put up with BT and British gas now,higher prices and a shitty service.If you want to pay over a pound to send a letter and be lucky if it gets there in a week and then speak to a phone operator in india when you call to complain about it pray that the Royal Mail gets privatised.
