Too much rotation, too much tension,

I noticed his kick pauses every stroke he takes, just for a moment, don't know if that is intentional, but I would assume it isn't.

Eu era atleta de pólo aquático e virei nadador de maratonas aquáticas.Sempre trabalhei braçadas curtas e explosão, tinha muita dificuldade em grandes distancias.Depois deste vídeo mudei meu estilo e até consegui frequentar alguns pódiuns.Muito obrigado. Assisto quase toda noite antes de dormir.

Nice job! I really liked the dryland shots and working the high elbow.
Not sure if the swimmer isn't gliding too much in the water in my view (some deceleration), but overall a really innovative posting.
