I think what this gangster is trying to say is that the machine doesn't just **** the chocolate bunny, it turns her upside down, spills her chocolate ****** all over the floor, THEN pours all it's discharges caramel into the gap (simple), and the whole point is that we have never noticed that our flat-faced chocolate-caramel bunny has been smashed onto a chocolate wall. So it's our fault. For not noticing her BLATANTLY OBVIOUS PROBLEM, and that's why Cadbury go blech.
k easiest way to describe how they do it is a ice tray. they pour choclate into a ice tray, thin layer, they let it cool, and fill each pokcet with caramel, then they pur more choclate on top. there you have it!
It's possible that they use bacteria, like yeast in bread. The yeast inflates the bread when it's heated up, then it reproduces. The could put the tiny spec of caramel, and while the bars are sheken, the bacteria reproduce and exctrete glucose (sugar/caramel) to fill in and inflate the caramel pockets.
the awesome part about this video and all the comments are that the video has done exactly what it wants to. make you think about caramilk. ill bet you've all bought a caramilk bar in the last 2 weeks and you dont even remember it.

They make the top part and turn it upside down and fill it with caramel, then they put the bottom part on top of that and turn it the right way.
