for my previous comment,
except in Taipei city, most taxi charge by "talk to the driver" even through there's fee table and the meter. They won't overcharge your too much, but if you insist go by the meter, the driver might take you through longer route and still make up about same. In your case, just 30ntd more. I think its alright :)
and, I'm looking forward to see your Episode 4 :D
