Same tests as last time, all about 600g in size, but detonated on 1 inch thick hardened steel plates this time.

  • Same result with 50ml ng.

  • @apdapd2 I'm sure you could; I could do this with far less than what we used, it was just the size of the container being used.

  • Is not ammonal just a type of flash powder that can be detonated? But with ammonium nitrate as oxidizer?

  • @Dornier335A Sort of; it does use Al as the main fuel source, and it does detonate, the key word. Much faster than FP reacts.

  • the first charge looked like it had to much oxygen.

  • @Nitricthunder It did; not OB, was O+.

  • What is ANNMAL please REPLY I NEED TO KNOW

  • Hi.We try many lot of time to detonate the annmal,but never had a results!In which mode you detonate?what kind of detonator you use?thanks.

  • How do you make this???

  • how do i know you not pulling my wanker?

  • @NOJESSICA If there is an excess of O2 in AN charges, then upon detonation it will bond with nitrogen creating nitrogen dioxide gas which has a brownish color.

  • @Nitricthunder how can you tell that

  • @boomboom314159

    OK, and what ratio are you using?

    It should be 82% NH4NO3 and 18% Al. Am I right?

    3 NH4NO3 + 2 Al --> 6 H2O + 3 N2 + Al2O3
