I totally agree, but I keep getting inquiries about the Scotty Gimbal. Most of the people had never seen one before, and wanted to know how it works.

Although, I always seem to see people on the water that probably couldn't figure it out... :) Like the guy that I always see who's scared to put his trailer in the water, so he always runs his cabin cruiser up onto the cement ramp to avoid getting the trailer in the salt water!!!

This is a very easy option for someone wanting a Scotty rod holder, who has preexisting flush mount rod holders. There is absolutely not drilling or cutting necessary!
