  • How do you break the negative thought process? I have been suverely depressed for several years now and i know what that does to the brain.. i want more than anything to stay positive like i used to be. But it's so hard when your brain has re-wired into negativity. I hear you have to have at least 8 minutes of positivity a day to be relatively happy, i'm lucky if i reach 5. Sometimes i have a positive thought but then it gets connected with something negative and disappears, how do i break it?

  • One of the things Ive learned is to let go of the way I feel other people feel about me, like, who I am is based on there thoughts of me...I am who I am and I know me more than anyone else...I don't know...do you get what I'm saying???

    How do I know this? 2 days ago I felt worthless wen my GF didnt text me back. Since I started 2 find n remind myself of my positive triats, not getin a txt from my GF hasnt had the same devastating effect
