Im just explaining my opinion of Vector/Cutco's marketing strategy. its ingenious in my opinion. This too good to be true company is about to be unraveled in my video
You get recommendations from family.. and friends.. then from those people.. your never REALLY meeting strangers.. Forever guarantee.. Made in USA.. I would buy it.
@vcrm1 Also, one last thing: your claim that intelligence makes people rich is only half right. While it is true that intelligence is one of the necessary components to become rich, intelligence alone is not enough. The fact that so many brilliant men live in poverty is proof enough of that.
In addition to intelligence, you also need to know how to be persuasive. An intelligent man who lacks the ability to persuade and influence people can never obtain great wealth.
@vcrm1 And the reason Vector Marketing doesn't require a college degree of their applicants is because a college degree isn't necessary to be a successful salesman. But that sure as hell doesn't mean sales is easy. A job doesn't have to require a college degree to be difficult.
Did you know that you don't need a college degree to enlist in the Army, either? I guess that must mean being a soldier is a super easy job that requires no brains, since it doesn't require a college degree...
@vcrm1 And yes, you DO need to be intelligent to be a salesman. You have to know how to handle objections and correctly explain all the advantages that your product has over the competition. That means you have to be intimately familiar every aspect of your product, down to the tiniest detail. Obtaining that level of familiarity takes practice, dedication, and study. It's a lot of hard work. You don't need a college education to do it, but that doesn't mean it's easy.
@vcrm1 Well sales may not require a college degree, but it certainly requires a brain. Seriously, you know absolutely nothing about sales. Sales is not easy. It's incredibly hard work to sell effectively. So for you to call me lazy only proves how completely and totally ignorant you are about how sales work. Honestly, you should go out and actually try it sometime. It's not easy. It takes a lot of hard work and effort to be effective at it.
