The 5 minutes of Herzog`s appearance were the best thing about the whole movie. I was surprised at how stupid and poorly done that movie was, but they really got the Herzog part right. It`s a parody of Werner Herzog and a tribute at the same time, i own The Grand on DVD just for those 5 minutes alone.
