My local hobby shop has one of those!(selling for $210) So what do you think about Xheli?

Started with those cheap little junk ones from Costco. Lol! That just makes you want to get one that you can actually control! There's a good indoor one that I like. It is an E-flight Blade CX2.

I like Grandrc and Readyheli...
The best sim is Realflight G3. Anything lighter than a t-rex 450 is not going to be too good outside because even the slightest wind will affect the lighter heli's.

BTW, your custom laser builds are excellent! Any chance you might still be building them?

I have build kits, not complete laser builds. You would have to have some basic soldering skills. And be able to mount a diode into the AixiZ module. Pretty easy though. Google jayrob pocket mini.
