@jamira66 I'd say it takes a year of training before you have the strength to really break into the advanced moves, we've all been doing pole for several years :)

I've been poling for two years and feel confident in my pocket of tricks, but still come back to these vids to see how it's done. Even without some of the 2011 tricks coming around now, there is legit flow and style to everything done in this vid!
