dude i fuckin fell hardd ass shitt and broke my arm then when i had pads and felll even harder i got up like nothing i dont wear a helmet tho it gets im my way just where a bandana and my hat backword ha but yeaa pads and helments are the way to go and espeacilyy in the bowl u want to hear at least a helment and some elbow pads
