Lets face it, in some areas of New York City it is impossible to find a parking spot.

The city employs thousands of traffic enforcement agents to summons you the moment you park improperly, regardless of the circumstances.

However the same city that meticulously enforces its parking statutes turns a blind eye to official vehicles that create public safety hazards by violating those same rules.

In this scene Jimmy Justice confronts a board of education official who turns violent when confronted for breaking the law and parking on a sidewalk in a no standing zone.

  • Are you sure he's breaking an actual law though? In my town the law does allow for city trucks to park on the sidewalks. It also allows for emergency vehicles, in the event of emergency or not, to park in front of a fire hydrant as well. The mayor told me the rational is that firemen can communicate with, let's say police, via radio if they need to move, that cannot be done with let's say me if I park there.

  • @orasis you bring up a good point. In some small towns this may be possible. But in NYC the fire dept and police dept broadcast on different frequencies.

if it were so easy for the fire dept to communicate their need to use a particular space during an emergency, then perhaps members of the public that have radio scanners on the F.D.N.Y. frequency should also be allowed to block hydrants because they can hear a call on the radio and then move their car..

    just something to think about.

  • i do think theres a line between filming and harassment. but your vids r still entertaining. lol

  • @brothamickell Same question I'm asking.

  • Was the man arrested or removed for breaking your camera?

  • Man, get out my face. Said by government employee, lol. Who do they hire peiple from? Compton? Somalia? Iraq? This guy is even more kick ass than NWA.

  • Tell me he lost his job and is in jail for assault.

  • @IBBangin82 that someone just cost you tax money to replace his camera. Congrats on the win, glad your ok with employing people that have no control over their anger.

  • @EarWax0 says the person verbally assulting someone else because he filmed a city worker. So can I go ballistic next time im pulled over and the cop is recording me? Would that be ok in your book?

  • HAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA UR FUNNNNNNNNY JIMMMMMMMMMY

  • @Stann850 I just received your comment. The cops in these films are REAL police.... there is no law against someone filming police officers breaking the laws. Police officers are not above the law. When they respond to an incident, they must respond with lights and sirens. Why do you think they came out with those bumper stickers that say "I move over for lights AND sirens." Meaning both must be on when they are responding. Second, they are not allowed to blow through a light without those on.
