They forgot the Toilet fee -JUST IN CASE you should need the loo while on the airport or on the aircraft. And the flight attendants get no tip? *lol*, what bout for the lights on the aircraft...electricity bill for the lights need to be paid aswell ;-). They can just leave the cabin in the dark completely. Then a fee for using the runway - as you know they also have some wear and tear as well as the wheels of the airplane... ;-)
