If you read Isaiah 42:11 in context (v.10-17) you will see that it is a song of praise to the Lord.

"10Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth,  you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who live in them. ...

Hashem is true to his word. He said that the Israelites were his people when they agreed to the Covenant with Him at Sinai (Moses was their "representative" ... "agent" ... "broker").

El Shaddai/ Hashem will not replace them!

....Despite all the hopes and dreams of the Islamists, Mohammadians, and some of the "far-out" Christian sects (or cults)....

btw...Islam is not a "Covenental" religion. It was spread by the sword and the imposition of Sharia law on conquered lands.
