She is an original fighter made by my friend.

She is a fanart character from Sister Princess.

3rd is JILU vs RISA.
She is an original fighter made by my friend.

4th is JILU vs VITA.
She is a fanart character from Lyrical Nanoha made by myself.

And it's freeware. It's worth a try.
