Princess Alexia (First day at school)

It's the first day at school for Princess Alexia of The Netherlands. She walks (hand in hand) with her older sister, Princess Amalia. Alexia is the second daugther of Crown Prince Willem Alexander and Princess Maxima

AW they seem so cute as fathers! And poor little girl... the first day is always so stressfull!

@lunteren2007 No, but they made the "first day" of school for Alexia when there was nobody else around. I think it was the parents of the other students who requested it to be done that way, because first days of schools are already stressful enough both for parents and children without the press making things worse by waiting around for the royal kids to arrive.

It is the same with other royal kids on the first day of school.

Yeah, they do. Just without the camera's though :) Every child gets the same kind of attention when it's just entering school, I know for a fact.

It's just that journalists are hardly ever given the chance to follow princes and princesses in anything what goes on and since it's such a small country, this is one of the crumbs the press gets :)

@lunteren2007 Same thing I was thinking1 They obviously made special concessions for them by not having the other kids around when Alexia first started. The teachers were fawning over her...I hope they do the same for all the 'regular' children.
