November 14th, 2011 --- Today at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Blue Cross/Blue Shield CEO Scott Serota appeared to speak on a number of issues including the just announced decision by the Supreme Court to hear complaints about the new Health Care law. However, as soon as Serota started speaking, a number of Occupy protesters arose and began speaking out about the health care industry and those that influenced the writing of said law to focus on furthering profits instead of helping Americans. As security tried to shuffle them out, more and more protesters kept popping up.

Presumably, this finally answered the question of why so many people were dying to hear a talk from Blue Cross/Blue Shield CEO Scott Serota.

Whether you view this as a heroic attempt to speak truth to power or nothing but a silly stunt on par with the Rupert Murdoch/pie incident, there's something hilarious with just how long it goes. I mean, seriously, this thing just keeps going. Serota's face above really says it all.

Watch the clip from C-SPAN below. I suggest watching it twice. Once for the message, and the second time to watch everyone else at the luncheon awkwardly attempting to eat their food as this damn thing refuses to end.
