it takes only a little push here, a little push there and yuo fall apart especially if the US starts messing with you which they are bound to.

Have you noticed perhaps that nobody messes with brazil ?

This is not a dispute pal. Novo Hamburgo is not even a state capital. Try to appreciate it for what it is and to think "cool, there is a city in the americas, settled by germans, named in honor of my city".
