Just before his first performance as Huey Calhoun in Memphis, Adam Pascal joined the show's Tony-winning composer David Bryan for a very personal performance of "Memphis Lives in Me." As Bryan recently told Broadway.com, he and Pascal share a rock sensibility (Bryan as a member of Bon Jovi; Pascal as a vet of Rent and solo recording artist), and the two are obviously feeling simpatico about Pascal's Broadway return in Bryan's long-running hit. @mmantlefan7 I'm glad he's been coming out stage door now as well.. although I can't say I blame him during those days in Rent. I went to see the show twice on Broadway when he and Anthony had returned ,and neither time did he come out.. but those fans were crazy, ..i saw a group of the fans literally chasing tamyra gray (playing mimi) down the street, and following anthony rapp up the road even after he signed for everyone...it's a shame..fans like that ruin things for everyone
