Oprah and New Jersey's governor, Chris Christie, have something in common: People comment about their weight all the time. Governor Christie speaks honestly about being teased as a child, the guilt he feels for being overweight and why the comments don't hurt as much anymore. Tune in Sunday, January 15, at 9/8c to watch Governor Christie on Oprah's Next Chapter.

@luigicamp69 I completely agree with you. Also it is also about staying fit, and not being skinny. One can be skinny or fat and in bad health.

Seriously, you just have to stay away from crap food. And quit making carbs and sugar your enemies; they have been around longer than the weight issue has. It's all about how much you eat and how often, not necessarily what you eat. You can treat yourself with sweets too if you don't plan on emptying out that cookie jar every time you take one. Add that some physical activities (a walk taken regularly can do magic) and you are good to go. DO NOT take on any program diet out there.
