System & Technology Overview:
Reduce Costs / Minimize Risk: We combine proven steel construction methods with a Nationwide network of manufacturing locations and commercial steel contractors. EcoSteel uses a library of certified components that assemble with standard tools.

EcoSteel's construction approach begins with 3D Engineering/ Modeling and Shop Details. We then produce a pre-fabricated kit of parts that assembles on site. Our clients benefit by using Prefab technology and readily available materials and labor.

3D Modeling, Engineering and Detailing
All EcoSteel buildings are designed using the latest in BIM (Building Information Management) software and Parametric 3Dimensional Engineering Technology. This intelligent and precise engineering ensures the highest level of build quality and provides an accurate design process.

Engineered Steel Structure
Construction starts with our pre-cut, pre-drilled I-Beam Steel Structure for rapid on-site assembly. Our commercial grade steel frames offer superior strength which opens up interior volumes and enables creative, cutting-edge designs.

  • People, don't use chanells for stringers. This is not neccesarry. For example I have found many times 300x100 chanell for stairs with 12 risers only - you can use 200x10 flatbar - its plenty ! In generall chanells are much much heavier than flats. Its completly ok from structural point of view to use 150x10 flat for stairs less than 6 risers. for stairs upto 13 risers - 200x10 and upto 16 risers 200x12/15.
