Replicant Rachael from Blade Runner. I decided to freeze the screen and do a quick airbrush painting halfway through the new version of the movie (final cut).

  • Wow. Very nice piece of raw painting. Good to see photoshop doing this. What a wonderful tool it is in the hands of an artist. Bloody good likeness too :)

  • Thank you!

  • this character was a mainstay of my childhood movie memories. perhaps i was infatuated with her.

shame the actress is now doing lifetime originals and looks terribly aged.

  • At least she is frozen in time on the bladerunner dvd

  • Oh, you are fantastic. This is brilliant! And Blade Runner too. Good job!

  • Thank you!

  • @NYDoll9 I don't think she looks terribly aged. In fact I think she looks very pretty. And she is 51 years old. Of course she has a little wrinkle here and there. Life goes on and so do we. This Celeb Rehab stuff...I think this is what you have to do for the media.

  • @banalexistence

Sean Young, who plays Rachel, looks terribly aged because she is an alcoholic. She's on the current Celebrity Rehab. (June/July 2011) Glad she's trying to get better.

  • Nobody has eyes like that

  • "Superbe" work!!!

  • Hi there! very impressive artwork! compliments!!!:) 5* & favorite xxx

  • Yeah: I have a friend who is 51, still 90 pounds and as gorgeous as she was at 29. Genetics plus vigilance in taking care of yourself work wonders....

  • @Zeppolino100

An old Soak? LOL - yes a damn shame - & no excuse really cosidering she's younger than Madonna for example... or just 5 year ago in her mid 40's so still having the potential to be fit...

  • @xoio Oh God, I totally agree. How such a gorgeous woman morphed into what she became is near to unbelievable. The scene that got to me was when she first looks at Deckard after sitting next to him.

  • Cool film! Great painting!
