B Flat Flute Comparison

In July 2011 I was asked by a few people if it would be possible to put together a video to help fluters and bands who might be considering changing their current brand of flute, to see and hear different makes of flutes on Youtube.

I regularly get asked for my opinion on which is the best flute to buy and it is an impossible question to answer as each band is different to another and they really need to pick up a sample of each instrument and try them for themselves, but I agreed to get involved as I floated the idea to a few friends in the band scene and they thought it may be useful.

So I contacted the makers of the top wooden B Flat flutes on the market and invited them to get involved in the project and I am happy to say that every UK maker agreed to send me some samples.
