Interview with Andy Farnell and Robert Thomas, about the production of the Kids on DSP reactive music album, soon to be released on RjDj on the iPhone and iPod Touch.
Nice one guys - this feels like what Bill Drummond was hoping would happen in his book about the17. Anything that adds the performance concept back into pre-composed music is excellent.
This is revolutionary. I love the interactive/reactive elements and how the surroundings you are in can contribute to what you are hearing. It's going to be very popular for morning commutes, I'm sure. I think this will change what people want/expect from their music.. will users be able to share their creations? Amazingly cool.
THIS IS INCREDIBLE
