@sparrow1380 I know you wrote this comment a year ago but I felt like replying anyways. I think their love was slowly developing over the years they spent together that they didnt even realise until one day it all just pop and Derick was still confused as to why he loved her.

I like the Swan Princess, one of my faves. But until now, I didn't realize the shallow love Derrik had for Odette, nor, even to this day, understand why she loved him back and wanted him to save her so bad...He only liked her for her looks,...but she seemed all for that later on...*sigh*
