Finally getting my car tuned!

321hp and 337trq to the tires on the lean tune, that was deemed unsafe.
made 314hp and 329trq to the tires on the "safe" tune. This was about the 10th pull during the tuning to get these numbers, so the car was VERY hot, also 92degrees out. So with the car cool, and it cooler outside, the car would hit at least 320-330hp.

Modifications:
Trickflow Twisted Wedge heads,
Trickflow stage 2 cam,
typhoon intake manifold, upper and lower,
(intake is port matched to the heads, and cleaned up)
bbk 70mm throttle body NO EGR, or emissions
Pro-M 75mm MAF,
Stack Racing cold air intake,
Mark VIII electric fan, and DCC controler
underdrive pulleys,
bbk shortie headers,
bbk offroad h pipe,
mac catback,
Complete Emissions system delete,
Complete A/C system delete,
MSD ignition coil, & Anderson Pluge wires
promotion powertrain Cobra T5 transmission
aluminum driveshaft,
4.10 gears

  • ive always been a camaro guy myself, but i have to say, when these years of mustang's are done up right,like your's i can't help to say there so nasty!, if i found a mustang at the right price i would not hesitate to buy it!

  • not talking shit i have a fox myself love them great cars. BUT why pay someone tune ? i mean buy urself wideban adjust fuel to ur airfuel throw some timing in it call it a day. Only reason i can see taking a car to a shop is for drivabilty isssues say from turbo or s/c. like the vids tho

  • @gorditaking69 did you not hear the car? I had played with timing, fuel, and everything I could, and nothing worked. Got a tune, and it drives perfect. I say it was worth it.

  • @heymynameistyler Nevermind ....I found out the issue and now my car drives great and its got a lot better performance. Turns out the guy that i bought it from a few weeks ago have the timing advanced to like 25 or 26 degrees........

    I have an 88 lx with the 5.0 swap and mine does it too. A lot of times it bucks too.....

  • my stang has a miss like this. i think its my cold air intake sensor but it only pops and back fires when shes cold and running at 1100rmps-2200rpm
