This is how I broke my arm, I was so desperate to win that when my opponent threw a weak saoi nage i blocked my landing with my arm. I should have just blocked it with my knee.

Judo Lesson #1 : Learn your break-falls, never ever let your hand out to protect your body when you fall. Just fall on your back, keep head in, chin tight to the neck.
