[MUGEN] Biohazard addons surprise update!

Things to note:
- The grey circular barrier around him at the start of the fight used to heal him as long as its out until you wear him down enough.
- He used to have more projectile moves.
- Used to be alot more aggressive.
- Used to have more unblockable attacks.
- Used to be completely invincible during all attacks.
- The final part of his three-part attack (red barrier + dashing ram) does not hit you as long as you are in the air.
